The Sun Method -

Losing weight can be quick, easy and
painless. Follow the steps below and start

Step 1
The first step is to understand what is the
only source of energy in the universe. Do
you know what it is? That's right! The SUN!
In this diet we will be eating foods that
get us "closest" to the sun and therefore,
are the healthiest and help us lose weight.
Step 2
Start with vegetables: they draw there
energy directly from the sun and take
minerals and vitamins out of the soil and
put them into you. These vitamins and
minerals can help you lose weight, as do the
naturally occurring enzymes in the food.
Some enzymes are destroyed by heat so cook
or steam lightly, and try to eat uncooked
wherever possible.
Step 3
Keep fruit in the house at all times! Very
nutritionally potent and helps with cravings
for sweets. These are also the quickest to
eat, and so are more likely to replace
"impulse" snacks!
Step 4
Next, go to the store and buy some seeds.
Seeds draw from the sun and are packed with
nutrition. Think about it, seeds are the
source of life! Just be sure to go light on
the seeds, as they are higher in fat
content. I eat about a half handful per day
(about 2 ounces).
Step 5
Grains are next. Here is another food source
that derives its energy directly from the
sun and is packed with nutrition. Ignore the
hype about carbs, it is just hype!
Step 6
Finally, small amounts of meat and fish are
okay. just don't make them the main course.
They should not be more than 20% of your
calories. They are the food source furthest
from the sun! Cows don't grow on trees!
