I have spent a lifetime learning what it takes to create change and how to teach it. Now I use these skills to help businesses and other organizations learn how to go to the next level. I am expert at helping individuals create change in their lives and become more productive. I specialize in teaching powerful Time Management skills to individuals and corporations. I have run several businesses, been a Program Director multiple times, a Corporate Trainer, Private Practice Owner, University Professor, Published Author and Public Speaker / Seminar Leader. I hold multiple degrees in Business, Education and Counseling, and recently completed my Doctoral course work. I currently teach at Webster University and Argosy University, and have been asked to guest speak at many Universities and Colleges. I have been a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor in the state of New Hampshire, and currently hold a CAP(Certified Addictions Professional) in Florida. I have been hired as a Consultant at PMI (Pinellas Marine Institute) to help them empower their students, help them stay off drugs, and develop better life-skills.
